Worth County in northwestern Missouri... * WHEN...Until 930 AM CDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. Streams remain elevated due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 837 PM CDT, Emergency management confirmed heavy rain in the warned area due to thunderstorms on Monday. Flooding is ongoing. Several roads remained closed throughout area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Maryville, Albany, Tarkio, Stanberry, Mound City, Rock Port, Grant City, Fairfax, Burlington Junction, Hopkins, Ridgeway, Ravenwood, Maitland, Eagleville, New Hampton, Skidmore, Craig, Irena, Athelstan and Barnard. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood Information: Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads.
