North Central Buchanan County in northwestern Missouri... Central DeKalb County in northwestern Missouri... Southeastern Holt County in northwestern Missouri... * Until 430 PM CDT. * At 1033 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 2 hours. Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1.5 inches are possible in the warned area. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar.
